All manufactured medications in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency, under federal law.

Thus, the only exceptions would be if you received a foreign medication that is not registered here, or if it was a compounded medication specially created for you, by your doctor's orders and done by a pharmacy that compounds medications.

Standardly, the FDA made all companies do away with any combination prescription medications that contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so none are available in the 500mg dosage, unless they are specially made.

The NIH also warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Do know anything else about the capsule?
