White Lortab 10 Vs. Watson 540
UpdatedCan we take something else to get back the 175mg of Tylenol in some way to get back the pain reliever? (Blue watson vs. white watson) if they took OUT the dye and they took OUT 175mg of the Tylenol then why is the pi;; the same size? What did they replace it with they could be causing my issues? blisters, white bumps and swelling

Hi jo,
Sorry to hear about those strange side effects you've been experiencing recently. It sounds to me like there's something drug manufacturers are not telling us. Surely it'll come out of the wood work over the next few years when the FDA decides to investigate why so many patients aren't getting any relief from these new meds.
A lot of the time, certain side effects can also be associated with all the binders and fillers they put in each pill to make it seem like you're getting much more than you bargained for. While they do make a point of listing certain ingredients, I noticed that they never ever list exactly "how much" of each filler you're ingesting along with the actual medication.
I see something brewing here for those who may be allergic to an ingredient without any possible way of knowing how much of it they really took to cause the reaction.
I hope your body will begin to heal soon. Until then, I would definitely recommend avoiding this medication to avoid future breakouts.
Has this happened to anyone else?
David, YES I have experienced the same with even abcess on a tooth and
red spots. I called Watson and spoke to Cathy in Consumer Safety and she
stated Watson is moving to New Jersey and Actavis in manufacturing the new
white Lortab 10/500. It doesn't work for pain relief. I see my doctor next week
taking documents to him for patients concern. They would not tell me what the
inactive ingredients were in white pills, however, I do have it for blue pills.
jo, try adding Tylenol over the counter to your dose. BUT, be sure to Not Exceed 4,000 mg a day or 1,000 mg every 6 hrs. that includes the Tylenol in the Lortab.
Im sorry but the Watson Loratab 10/325 does not help the freaking pain..I to had a reaction to the yellow one..I got blisters in my mouth..is there anything out the that I can discuss with my doctor that will help with back and hip pain?
