Hi Tiffany,
Ciprofloxacin is the only remote match I've seen to this description; it's white and oblong, but has P on one side and 500 on the other.
I think your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer of the pink version of P500 (Pliva Inc.) to find out if they changed their formula... Reason being is that I've also seen the same situation happen with pain medication tablet colors being changed from yellow to white over recent years, but still bearing the same exact imprint. So it's probably worth a shot.
Just for the record, the pink version is identified as generic Acetaminophen (500mg) + propoxyphene napsylate (100 mg).
