Glad to hear that the pharmacist (I'm assuming) went out of his way to help you. Based on the topic of your post, it sounds like you're trying to identify a white oblong shaped pill marked with "AP| |3171" on one side... and on the backside of the pill is the number 50 split into three segments (e.g. 50|50|50). Is this correct?
If so, what you have there is a 150mg Trazodone Hydrochloride tablet, manufactured by Sandoz. This medication is a serotonin modulator marketed for use in treating depression.
