This tablet contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic, so it shouldn't cause severe stomach pain.

However, it may cause some nausea as a side effect, along with dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.

Cipri caused me to have severe stomach pain and nausea. Every time I took a pill, I would have to lie down immediately, sometimes it could be in the kitchen floor because I couldn't make it to the couch. I can no longer take it because of anaphylactic symptoms associated with it. My body has developed an allergy to all antibiotics.
