White 10mg Valium

I have some white valium with D10 on one side and a score line on the other. They don't come in blister packs, just loose. I think they are strong and someone said they are English and can range from 10-30mg per pill!! Has anyone heard or had any of these as im thinkin about coming off them but im not sure how to? Any advice? Has anybody tried them before?

I had just white round d10 nothing at back....not in blister, just in a bag...dunno if it's legit or not. I'm from Scotland. Cheers
