I have had chronic lower back pain for over 10yrs. I was assaulted in 2014. Suffering from chronic neck & shoulder pain, taking tablets imprinted with '230' but they don't last. Someone told me the 'a333' tablets are better. Are they better?

Both of these tablets are listed as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so they are the same. The FDA warns that they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
It might be that you need a higher dosage to alleviate your pain. Have you informed your doctor of the problem?
