I have Hifenac-P100mg with Paracetamol-325mg and Compifalm 500mg. I am having pain in the heels and slight swelling .I have taken compiflam twice a dayfor three days. But the pain is still there. Shall I take Hifenac tablets for better effect?

You should take whatever medication your doctor has instructed you to take. They both carry the risk of causing the same side effects, which the NIH lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
Are you on any other medications?
