Where To Get Tablet Form Of Verapamil?

Since the change from a solid tablet to time released capsule my Bp has risen. Where can the tablet be gotten.

Hello, J! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.

I'd advise speaking with your doctor, they can designate on the prescription that you are only to be given tablets, then the pharmacy cannot give you the capsules.

The FDA classifies Verapamil as a calcium channel blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

My doctor has done this for me, so I can split doses of some medications that aren't time released, if needed.
