Where Is Teva Metformin

In 2017, where can I get TEVA Metformin 500 mg. Tell me a specific place to go to get it. I ordered it from CVS/Caremark with specific instructions on the prescription that it must be TEVA.

They said it was not available, then they sent me a letter saying my ordered was cancelled.

I called TEVA and they said it is available through the distributors. So where can I go to get my prescription filled?
