Rohypnol contains the active ingredient Flunitrazepam. If you are unable to locate the brand of Rohypnol, I would consider asking any of your local pharmacies if they carry generic Flunitrazepam.

Its legal status in the UK is a class C drug, which means that it's illegal to possess Flunitrazepam without a prescription.

As far as other countries go, it’s not legally available in the US (so the UK is still your best bet), but it is still made in some countries as illegal trade continues.
