Accupril contains the active ingredient Quinapril, which is an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

What other medications do you take? Can you please post back and clarify?
