When I Take Glycomet 500 Sr Tablet

What is the right time to take Glycomet 500 mg a generic version of Metformin?
usually i take glycomet 500 SR, after meals, is it correct

The U.S. FDA actually recommends that it be taken just before a meal, that way it has a chance to start working, by the time you are digesting your food and may experience the most blood sugar fluctuations.

Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and hypoglycemia.
