When I measure Voltaren gel on the enclosed plastic card, do I squeeze out a thin layer or a thick layer?

Hi, Arthur!

From what I can find, it should just be the amount that's naturally expelled when you gently squeeze the tube to put the gel onto the card to measure, so you shouldn't thin it out or apply any excess pressure to the tube or you may get too much.

I know it's a bit hard to really picture it, so what I'd suggest is that you go ask your doctor or pharmacist, one of them should be able to demonstrate it for you so you can see the proper amount.

Are there any other questions?
