When Do You Know They Are Too Old To Take
UpdatedI have hydrocodone that was prescribed in 2009. Are they still good?

Hi gina,
According to two different articles from the LA Times and Harvard Medical School, respectively, they should still be safe/effective for up to 15-30 years or more. So as long as you kept them stored properly (i.e in a cool dark place), I wouldn't worry at all about them degrading so soon.
I hope this helps!
