When Can Stop Taking Oxetol Tablets And What Will Be Side Effects

I am 32 yrs, having seizure, started at age of 27yrs, I am taking Oxetol 450 mg twice a daily, Currently from last 2 years i didn't not get any episod, is it mean Seizures is gone? But some time feel some Dizziness, So when can I stop taking Oxetol, how many years I can take tablets and what will the be side effects

Can you please inform the cotra indication of Oxteol 450mg or what are the other group of antibiotics can not be advised along with Oxtel 450mg
