Hello, Tank! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.

There can be slight differences in the amount of the active ingredient between one generic and another. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20%, however, they don't have to measure against each other, so the other one you were taking may have had a little more Oxycodone in it and this new one might be a little low.

Since the differences are small, your body will usually adjust in about a week, or so. If not, then you should speak to your doctor.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
