What Would Happen If Acetaminophen/hydrocodone Were To Be Mixed With Alprazolam And Alcohol?

A friend of mine well an old friend is making some very bad life choices right now. He use to be addicted to vyvanse and he "tired" to stop but he continues to do more drugs. I'm just wondering these are the pills he posted that he has along with alcohol. What were to happen is mixed?

Sorry to hear about what your friend is going through. As far as interactions are concerned though, alcohol is reported to be very dangerous to take with either of those medications since it can potentiate some of their most undesirable side effects and in certain cases may be deadly. If he keeps this type of abuse up, he may not be around much longer. So as a "friend" who knows him personally, I would encourage you to intervene in whatever honest way that you see fit.. since you may very well be saving his life on any given day.

I wish you all the best in helping him overcome this challenge of his; and upon understanding the seriousness of the matter, hopefully he will have the decency to thank you for it when all is said and done.
