What caused a dirty urine test for methamphetamine? I tested positive for methamphetamine which I don't do. I take trazodone, methadone, thyroxine, vic's and soma from my Dr. I have been taking allergy meds over the counter. I have another urine test in a week.

My dad has been taking trazodone for years. He's on suboxone and they just said he was positive for methamphetamine. He's almost 70. Could it have gave him a false test?
