Hello, John! How are you? Did you experience any adverse symptoms?
Generally, if you just took one extra tablet it isn't going to have a very large effect. Your blood pressure may go a little lower than normal, but this medication does take time to reach its full effect in your body, so for any severe issues to occur, you'd usually have to take extra regularly for several weeks.
However, if your blood pressure and heart rate did start to go lower than normal, you may experience some dizziness, severe drowsiness, trouble breathing and if you do, then you should seek medical attention.
