Hi fatt,
A white oblong shaped pill with blue specks and a marking of "IG 359" is reportedly identified as a 37.5mg Phentermine tablet, marketed for weight loss.
Additionally, this particular pill is manufactured by a company called Camber Pharma, based out of Piscataway, NJ.
NOTE: Phentermine is only available by prescription here in the US, and can also be habit-forming according to NIH.gov; so it may be a good idea to keep an eye on your son if you feel that he may be abusing it or obtaining it in any other way than through his doctor.
