What To Do If You Took Too Much

I have been on oxycontin 15mg twice a day for a year now. Today I think I may have taken my second dose twice. I'm super anxious. Will I be ok?

Hello, Celina! How are you? Did you experience any adverse effects?

If you already tolerant to narcotics, then it is most likely that you wouldn't experience much more than a worsening of the regular side effects, such as more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Thank you. I thankfully did fine. I just have to be extra careful. I have never taken more than prescribed so I was very anxious. Thank you for checking in.
