What Suppliment Would You Advice Arunner To Take?

as a sportman, he/she needs a suppliment for energy and that will increase his speed and enduarence, so tell the suppliment.

It is a fact that one does not need supplements to increase speed or endurance (assuming you aren't referring to steroids); with solid eating habits of primarily fruits, vegetables, and a protein source throughout the day, one may acquire a lot more natural energy that doesn't pose any side effects that supplements might.

In my honest opinion and being a collegiate athlete myself in the nutrition field, I strongly imply that eating a solid portion of raw fruits and veggies at every meal is the way to go for optimal performance. I also base this on personal experience through trial and error.
