What Side Effects Are Not Listed Normally With Augmentin?

I got bronchitis a bit over a month ago. I was given one antibiotic that I cannot remember because I was only on it for three days. In those three days all of my symptoms increased to the tenth power. My problem now that I am done with the augmentin by two days I have been dealing with mood instability. I am either angry or sad these last six days. Could it be from the augmentin? Nothing else has changed in my life so I have no reason for this attitude.

It's difficult to say for sure, but yes, it could be due to the antibiotic. You wouldn't be the first person to experience unusual side effects from one recently. I'm not sure if it's due to overexposure in modern times or something else.

However, it's best to double check with your doctor to be certain. Mood changes can also happen to us ladies due to hormonal fluctuations.
