What Release Form Is Oxycodone 20mg R P

I have a question for a family member who is taking a white r p 20 pill it says oxycodone 20mg but they weren't sure what release form it was. And it being the weekend the Drs office is closed does anyone know exactly so I can inform my family member.

Yes, that is a regular release formulation, so after taking it, it should start working in about 15 to 20 minutes.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
