What Prednisone 20mg Roxane

What is this prescribed for ?I injured my knee in a fall on wet floor and want to know how this medication is going to help me and what are the side effects if any.

Roxane prednisone is ment for bringing inflammation or swelling down, some people have side affects ,of there face swelling and some people have no side affects, whatever it works a 100% even if you have side affects thy will go away in a weary short time.along with your pain and swelling.
