With that quantity, I have to tell you that you're most likely not going to find a pharmacy that will fill it, anywhere. Not only does prescribing 205 of them a month exceed the maxim daily dosing quantity limit, but it doesn't even average out to a regular daily amount, because dividing it by 30 comes out to 6.833333…..
Unless someone is suffering from pain due to a life-threatening condition, such as cancer, the pharmacy can only fill for the maximum daily dosing amount and when it comes to the regular release Roxicodone and it's generics, that would be one every 4 hours, for a maximum of 6 a day, so the monthly total could only go as high as 180 tablets for 30 days.
The best thing you could do would be to speak to your doctor about it, because if you require more than that, they would need to write a prescription for a different medication, or a different dosage of Oxycodone.
