Your a Nazi, Goebles would love your bold bull to mislead the Masses of Patients and Citizens failing Urine and Blood tests because of cross contamination, fraud by clinics destroying the sample before notice is given of the failed test. Or just because the soup of multiple prescribed drugs are misleading the tests.

Ask your State Legislators to write a bill, requiring any forced Positive or False Positive Drug Screen Test, that could adversely affect a Patient, his healthcare, a subject, or employee's health care, job, retirement, union standing or Pain Management, to be available for re-testing before the original test expires or is discarded by the testing lab, this lab should be different than the first lab and Certified by FDA. Any notification to the subject of the Required test, after the original test sample has expired must be viewed as a false positive. If a timely Notice is rendered to the Requiring Tester by the subject of the test. This re-test will be paid by the Requiring Tester of the first test result Positive, when the re-testing shows the initial was a false positive rendering! This re-testing must be by Gas-Chromatography! Also a stern warning to physicians who violate this law, would be subject to suit at Law for damages to the Subject of the Required Test, if the Requiring Tester does not delete the Positive test result from its records and send notice of the False Positive wherever the Positive test results were disseminated. If it's a urinalysis, Zantac will. Google 'Zantac false positive methamphetamine' or the generic version called ranitidine. You can call Zantac and they will verify.

Yes. But its not actually a "false" positive its a positive. The oxy will cause a positive drug test for opiates. Even though they were prescribed and are not illegal in and of themselves they can impair your driving as they warn on the bottle. If you had taken the Oxy before driving they would pick up on that in the drug test. BUT that drug will stay in your system and show on a drug test for 3 full days even though you'd be long past being impaired after a matter of hours. So, they can give you a dui for driving on Oxy and I'm guessing they saw somethimg in your driving that led them to suspect you were under the influence of something. My advice to you would be to have the sample tested so that you can know what the levels were exactly because if you took it the day before it would still show on the test but obviously you would be long past what would be considered impaired. Trazodone will show up as meth, I had a similar situation, but my doctor belived me and sent urine baxk for a more detailed test, they are out there, but more expensive. My Dr. call personalitlyto aployize.

I went and done a dot drug test and doctor called me today and said I tested positive for methenphedamine and amphetamine I do not take street drugs but I am prescribed hydrocodeine 5 mg and sometimes oxycontin depending how bad my back pain is!! Would any of those pills cause me to test positive? I am seriously shocked!! Someone please help me!!
