They are the same medication, but neither are Percocet or any other narcotic.
The tablets in question both contain 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat certain types of nerve pain.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight gain and mood swings.
This will also not work like regular analgesics, it must be taken regularly for 4 to 6 weeks, before you will see much benefit if it's going to work for you.
