I having problem of piles ......so the Doctor adviced me to take zerodol sp for three days .but I donot what is tje mode of action of this tablet

hello sir I have problem in my penies due to infection. I am very worried about this. I have already show to doctor but there is no improvement. plz sir help and I have pain in my tip I am not able to wear underwear, plz suggest me which doctor is best for this
