After IUI doctor prescribed me macgest Sr 400 (progesterone sustained release tablet) for 14 days. Is this helpful for getting pregnant?

I'm 37 yes. my sprem egg too low 5.6.7%.my wife want pregnant but I m not successful. what I can do that my sprem eggs is increas ND my wife pregnant. Dr say my testis vain is closed. what can I do. suggestions please
