What Is Thiamine Pyridoxine Cyanocobalamin

In Mexico I am looking for B Complex vitamins. The only thing I can find is Tiamina, Piridoxina y Cianocobalamina. Is this safe to take on a daily basis in place of B Complex vitamins?

That is exactly what they are, this one just refers to the specific B vitamins by name.

The FDA warns that it may cause some nausea, due to its potency.
