Can change from Sratpress XL 50 to Prolomet XL 50 may result in swetting vomiting dizziness headach etc?

Hello, Neeru! How are you?

They both contain the same active ingredient, which is Metoprolol, so you shouldn't experience any new side effects just switching from one to the other. However, it's difficult to say how any such change may affect any given person and those can be side effects, as reported by the FDA.

You may also experience hair loss and increased urination.

It would be best to have this checked out, to be safe.
