What Is The Use Of Ovabless &krimson 35

Hi, I am 21 Year old woman and i am trying to get pregnant from last 9 months but not getting success. My periods are not regular. Sometimes it takes 50 days to 60 days . So i consult to doctor and he suggested me take 2 tables. 1) Ovabless, 2) Krimson 35. So my question is Krimson 35 tablet prevents me from getting pregnant? Or is there any side effects/harmful from these tablets and by usingthese tablets i feel pain and burn in heart?
