What Is The Use Of Ecosprin 75 In Paralysis

my granny suffering from paralysis from last 2 year. dr. priscribed here ecosprin 75,but why it is ued in this.

Hi my mom is suffering from paralysis from last 1 month Docter prescribed ecosprin150 mg after lunch, warf 1mg at 6pm and atorva 40 mg after dinner still the pt is around 3.5 to 4.1 please suggest me the tablets so that INR. Will be between 2-3. Thanks..
