I am 65 years old and have been prescribed DISPERZYME tablets 3 times a day for three weeks. this was done after reviewing MRI of my left shoulder. MRI showed fluid (bursitis) I have pain while lifting my arm
This medicine is making me very lethargic and feeling of fullness. a bit of cough some times. Are these common symptoms. Please advise.

Those can be side effects of this medication, along with nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, and headache, according to the U.S. FDA.
