I have been having fluid in my ears since May and have take three bottles of nasial spray 2 different antibodics and 2 boxes of mucinex d and my dr order ct scan. The results says i have a thickening of the mastoid bone. What is the treatment for this and will my ears ever clear up?

Such thickening is common, when someone experiences a problem that becomes chronic, like yours has. It means it has become inflamed and you may need to have a tube inserted in your ear to allow the fluid to drain.
Letting it remain untreated can create the risk of nerve damage that could cause facial paralysis, meningitis and other serious health complications.
Have you consulted an ENT, yet?
With proper treatment, your ears can clear up and your hearing can return to normal.
