Hello, Lisa! How are you? I am so very sorry that you're in so much pain.
The strongest that is currently available would be Fentanyl, it is over 80 times stronger than Morphine.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
Have you consulted a specialist? You may do better with a pain pump or spinal stimulator that are constantly working.
