What Is The Normal Level If I'm Taking 4 10mg Hydrocodone Per Day? (Top voted first)
UpdatedI have to take a little more than 4 10 mg hydrocodone per day due to several neck surgery's; parkinson's w/ dystonia (severe muscle spams)...What should be the levels in my urine? It would be awful to get cut off of somthing that actually worked...Anything more powerful, I break out in hives...I'm also taking other CND like soma and clonipin...Will that make a difference? and I weigh 115 lbs...I used to be 125LBs before my parkinson's really got to me? and I'm fairly sedentary...I don't drive a lot; only work 15 hours per week; and am on disability,,,Don't misunderstand me...I'm also taking sinemet and have tried many many other things...Before adding the bandaids (Clonipin and soma) for spasm, they had me on another combination, but the FDA took it off the market and it worked well...I was also in a serious car accident a year ago (Not my fault...A man "received a "failure to reduce speed" while I was at a dead STOP and almost totaled my car)...And in 2000, I had to have a dual neck fusion after wasting 3 years of my life not trying to have surgery, also, not my fault...So, again, What are the normal levels, if one is taking 40mg of hydrocodone per day in the urine?

I'm sorry, but I don't have a hard answer for you.
Generally, when looking at the results of a urinalysis, your doctor takes your dosage, weight, overall health and various other factors under consideration, then they look for it to fall under a certain range. Anything outside of that range can signify that the person is either not taking their medications or is abusing them.
You could try asking your doctor for more specifics.

Is your doctor aware of everything you are taking? Because, yes, they may also factor into it.
If the hydrocodone is not working, request to switch to oxycodone 10-325, or 7.5-325. It's the big brother to hydro codone. Just don't take more then 3000 mg of apap. Good luck.
