I have chronic back pain from two fusions. I fell from 5 step up on a rainy deck and I had to have C3-4 fusion and L5-S1 And have been on pain meds for 11 years. This is the only way I can get through the day.

There are 70mg and 75mg extended release capsules available and the next up in tablet form from the current dosage you are taking would be 100mg extended release tablets.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Another alternative would be to add a regular release breakthrough medication, so you can also ask your doctor about doing that.
