i started taken now folart folic acid 5mg do you thinks this is a good start by taken folic acid? my friend told me a lot woman taken this folic acid to get ready for the pregnancy is this possible also if you taken folic acid it can help to be able to get pregnant?

No, it won't help you get pregnant.

However, a pregnant woman needs a large amount of it, a deficiency in it can cause birth defects.

But it is just a nutritional supplement, thus unless your doctor has told you not to take it, there's no harm in doing so.
