What Is The Difference Taking (1) 0.3mg Clonidine Tablet Per Day Or Taking (1) 0.1mg 3x Per Day?
Updatedi ran out my 0.1mg clonidine tablets perscription. cant get an doctors appt. until April 16. Can I take my 0.3mg once a day until i get my refill perscription ?

The only difference would be if you take it at different times throughout the day. You should call your doctor and ask, to be certain.
Side effects may include nausea, hypotension, dry mouth and fatigue.
