I've been taking 7.5/325 norco for years now for chronic pain. The last couple of months, its been hard to get my scripts filled. Someone said the fda changed the dosage to 7.5/300.....which is correct?

Thank you so much for the info.....I have been taking it since 2003... (4 shoulder surgeries, 3 elbow surgeries and a cervical fusion surgery) only at bedtime. During the day, I take Advil. I have been diagnosed with RA in 2012 so I have a lot of break through pain during my nights sleep

No, they have made no recent changes, the ones with 325mgs of Acetaminophen are the standard dose.
However, fewer companies are manufacturing it, now, which may create a shortage in some areas.
The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
