What Is The Best Pelvic Toner For Prolapse

I feel the need to pass water frequently. I do not leak anything just get this urge to pass water though i dont want to go. This is making me think i have a bladder prolapse. I may be wrong, could you tell me if i need to purchase a pelvic toner device? I am 60yrs old.

According to the NIH, there can be many reasons for frequent urination, including age, medications, various medical conditions, caffeine and increased fluid intake.

Have you consulted your PCP to obtain a diagnosis as to the cause? If you do have a bladder prolapse, it will require medical treatment.
