What Is Stronger Hydrocodone 7 5 750 Or 10 325

I was on hydrocodone 7.5 -750 now they said they dont make it no more and gave me 7.5 -325 which is stronger. I have a bad back and just got the new ones today the 7.5-325. which one of the to is stronger for me to use or should I call my Doctor.

That is correct, the ones with the higher amount of Acetaminophen in them are no longer available. If you were taking 7.5/750 and now have 10/325 they are pretty close to being equivalent, but you should consult your doctor to be certain.

Dear Gregory, the only difference is the amount of acetaminophen (Tylenol) in them. The strength is still the same, but, has less Tylenol . So, the 325 has less Tylenol than the 750.
