hi i started tribuss as i have been diagnosed with hiv 4 weeks back doctor gave me purbac to take with it to most of the time my hands and feets gets swell n get sharp pains around them could this be another side effect, before i started taking this medications my joints were paining and my skin was itching..please help.

Pertunia, Purbac is an antibiotic, so it is not appropriate to use it to treat a headache. You should only take it, if your doctor has instructed you to do so. You may want to ask your physician what you can safely take to treat a headache.
