What Is Purbac Used For Hiv

hi i started tribuss as i have been diagnosed with hiv 4 weeks back doctor gave me purbac to take with it to most of the time my hands and feets gets swell n get sharp pains around them could this be another side effect, before i started taking this medications my joints were paining and my skin was itching..please help.

I'm on treatment of Effivirenz compination for 3years and I've gat strange headich I decide to take purbac ds now I feel better is it right that I take it with my treatment
