What Is Purbac For?

Hi!I'm hiv positive for 12 years but I have never been sick since I was diagnosed even with flu.My cd 4 is 175 and the doctor has recently prescribed tribuss,purbac and centrum for. Is it good for me to start purbac if I'm not ill?I'm healthy as ever.

Purbac is often prescribed for those that are HIV positive to prevent the risk of them developing a possibly dangerous infection.

Thus, if your doctor has prescribed it, it would be best to take it as directed.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

I have a cd4 count of 47, was admitted with a chest infection. Doc prescribed purbac, centrum and tribuss. Am getting stronger but its on and off. Now I spit real real blood maybe once in a week but I noticed its after I had something cold. What could this mean? I don't want to panick. I'm seeing my doc in a week. He on holiday don't want another doc who doesn't understand my entire situation.
