This tablet is manufactured by Teva (who know own Pliva) Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Trazodone.

The FDA classifies this medication as an antidepressant that is also commonly used to treat insomnia. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, weight changes, mood swings and drowsiness.
