Hi Luis,

Pentrexyl contains the active ingredient Ampicillin, which is an antibiotic that's used to treat a variety of bacterial infections.

Depending on the cause of your scalp condition and whether there's an actual infection present, this medication may be beneficial. However you'd ultimately have to have your scalp examined first in order to be sure you aren't taking an antibiotic for no real reason.
